The Handi-Lab delivers a low skill, low cost, fast quantitative measurement of ammonia in water samples. Using one shot disposable sensors, an integrated sampling device and containing recyclable materials. |

| The instrument has a digital output of the concentration within 5 minutes. No pre-calibration required. The measurement range is 1-10 parts per million of ammonia. Automatic adjustment for sample and ambient temperature is built in. It is fully portable and battery operated, with on board data storage and down loading facility, allowing on site testing and ‘live’ mapping of pollution events. The disposable biosensors are stable for at least 6 months at room temperature . The instrument measures within 10% bias and 10% error. |  |
