The Gwent Group produces a range of internal electrode pastes for

Varistors, PZT, NTC, Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors, PTC

The metal types used are dependent upon the firing temerature mainly and customers demands.

They range for base metal Copper and Nickel formulae to precious metal systems of Silver, Palladium, Platinium and a complete offering of alloys . Examples of the most popular being 70Ag/30Pd, 80Ag/20Pd, 85Ag/15Pd, 90Ag/10Pd, 97Ag/03Pd,

Additionally we can incorparate ceramic materials into our pastes these can be generic or the actual powder and size distrubution that the customer already has in the ceramic tape.

The pastes can also be adjusted for wet stack process, semi wet stack or dry tape and of course made compatable with the actual ceramic formulae that our customers use.
