Electroluminescent Products, Materials for panel production

A new range of materials for the Electroluminescent market. A full range of various coloured Phosphor Pastes that are controlled to colours of CIE 1931 using x,y parameters. Dielectric pastes that gives the reflectance and high capacitance that is needed. A Silver Based Paste to contact onto ITO coated polymer film. A highly Conductive Carbon Paste to act as the other electrode. This can be complemented with a silver layer for larger panels. Dielectric and phosphor pastes are also available for high brightness and long life panels.

Gwent used sophisticated colour measuring systems like Ocean Optics UB 400 spectrometer to control and measure exact luminosity.

Paste Materials for Panel Manufacture

R2070613P2 - Resin Binder - This polymeric binder is offered as a raw material to those customers wishing to compound their own phosphor inks.  This binder system has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Silver Paste - C2180423D2 - This silver pastet has been developed as part of a range of Heat Curable pastes designed specifically for use in Electro Luminescent systems. This paste uses a thermoplastic polymer to give strong, flexible films. It has excellent adhesion to ITO, chemical and envi-ronmental resistance properties.

Carbon Paste - C2050503P1 - This Carbon Paste offers an alternative to Silver Paste for the back electrode of Electro Luminescent systems, for use with lamps A5 or smaller.  This product is based on a unique curing process that results in the low temperature formation of a thermosetting polymer. This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Dielectric Pastes

White EL Dielectric Paste - D2070209P6 - This product is based on a unique curing process that results in the low temperature formation of a thermosetting polymer. This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance. Low viscosity version of this product is White EL Dielectric Paste - D2120521D1.

Pink Dielectric Paste - D2090130P5 - This dielectric has been designed to work in conjunction with Phosphor paste C2080211P2 and Dielectric paste D2070209P6 to produce a white EL lamp (see Instructions how to build a white lamp).  This product is based on a unique curing process that results in the low temperature formation of a thermosetting polymer. This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance. Low viscosity version of this product is Pink EL Dielectric Paste - D2121112D17.

ITO Heat Stabilised Film - F2071018D1 - Vacuum sputtered ITO coated Polyester A5, A4 and A3 sheets. 

High Bright Phosphor Pastes

White - C2180612D1 - When used with D2070209P6, Produces a white EL lamp.  This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Green - C2070209P5 - When used with D2070209P6, Produces a green EL lamp.  This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Orange - C2070126P4 - When used with D2070209P6, Produces an orange EL lamp.  This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Blue - C2061027P15 - When used with D2070209P6, Produces a blue EL lamp.  This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Blue/Green - C2061027P13 - When used with D2070209P6, Produces a blue / green EL lamp.  This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

Blue (to make white lamp) - C2080211P2 - This phosphor paste has been specially developed to be used with D2070209P6 and D2090130P5 to produce a white lamp (see Instructions how to build a white lamp)This paste has excellent adhesion to ITO, good flexibility and has excellent chemical and environmental resistance.
