Standard Screen-Printed Electrodes

Gwent Group has developed a selection of pre-fabricated, one-shot disposable electrodes to select from. The electrodes have been designed for applications such as potentiometry, chronoamperometry, cyclic voltammetry and squareweave voltammetry.

The electrodes have been built using different materials for the working, reference and counter electrodes and tested in aqueous solution with major applications in the medical diagnostic, environmental and agri-food industries.

Screen-Printed Ceramic Gold Electrode
A three electrode system using Gold as the working, Carbon as the Counter with a 60/40 ratio Silver/Silver Chloride as the reference electrode. The Gold used for the working electrode has been fired, providing a film of Gold, free of organic components. This provides a cleaner electrochemical signal along with high conductive properties.
